Super-neato idea ironically brought to you by one of the Pirate Bay creators. I think I'd actually participate, so long as they allow you to vary the monthly amount you split up. Seems more accessible than PayPal for supporting sites. Also, much more Web 2.0. I wonder if it'd become possible to flattr major music artists or movie makers. I'd love to bypass the studios on my favorite musicians I've obtained music from and give straight to the artists and their recording crews. i.e. flattring Fatboy Slim, K-OS, the entire staff of the Venture Brothers, folks like that in addition to independent stuff like SP, Dr. McNinja, http://dresdencodak.com/.
