Micheal Jackson's doctor charged?

Honestly I don't see the reason behind the charges. Just because someone wants to blame for the death of this "king of music" they picked his doctor. Despite they all blame the doctor for giving him some illegal drug, the doctor denied that. And they didn't even look for other places where Jackson got the drug. And everything goes back to Pepsi's commercial, Pepsi was what ruined Micheal Jackson's life and made him a drug addict in the first place, yet there's no charges against Pepsi.

Also the doc was supposed to be responsible and not give him a drug cocktail that could potentially have killed him. But the pharmecist (if celebrities even use them) are supposed to check the drugs and their effects on people when taken together with their other crap. Methinks that the family is gonna drag this out as long as possible to get as much publicity/money from this as they can.

I find doctors do this frequently, They give you one medication and say nope it won't effect the other medication your taking, and then you end up with your head in the toilet bowl, calling the poison hotline or emergency services..

Um... that's not what I meant, Micheal Jackson was shooting for a pepsi commercial when his head catches fire and had to take pain killers and later got addicted to pain killers. If it's not of pepsi's poor organization of filming the commercial, this would never happened, and micheal jackson' wouldn't have died so early.
