Maybe so, but there's still not too many monsters discovered so far that drop Red, White, or Blue.

..if this helps, LAST year I found a Blue Rose from Nependeaths. Though, it might be changed, or complete luck I guess.

Got two Reds from Wild Boars and Horny Mushrooms, and a yellow from Zombie Mushrooms.

Got 2 reds tonight from zmushies, guilder got a white from the Lil brown teddies in ludi -jealous- white is so pretty! O! I also got a red and yellow from either a rumo or triple rumo in magatia. Tons of yellows from almost every low lvl quest mob I did for a 2x Aran yeserday as well. But we all got yellow by now!

I'm pretty sure every non-world tour monster drop every rose. I got all four from Oblivion Guardians in any case.

I've found all 4 at OB4...dunno how that much helps as there are 2 monsters there. lol
