MW30 and Horntail

I remember there was a glitch apparently in KoreaMS where Horntail was dropping MW30 at a high rate(?). I was wondering if it was intended for Horntail to drop MW30 at a very low rate, or not at all.

Anyone know?

I don't have any screenshot proof, but I am 100% sure that it drops at a very low rate. We only got one out of the past like... 15 Horntails though. It's rare as hell. The other group that goes found one before us, but to my knowledge they haven't found one since. Cyanne can give you that half of the story.

Yeah, it drops. Very very low. I think it's dropped 3-4 times in Broa so far.

I'm not sure but I don't think it dropped there at a high rate, just the fact that it dropped seemed to be a glitch but apparently turned out not to be.

And it does drop at a low rate, this was taken like a week ago:

It's dropping at 10% rate for MSEA, added since v.76. So there's a possibility that it might be the same for globalms.
