cant close a popup window on google chrome

when i restored a session of google chrome today (maple crashed my comp so i had to hard shutdown) in the first tab (i usually have like 80 ) was one of those popups that mimics the look of windows xp and tells you you have a bajillion viruses, but i cannot close the popup.

any ideas?

(to many tabs to close the whole browser, i would never find them all again.)

Does not belong in Rubik cube.

Stop watching porn and get some decent Antivirus/Anti-Spyware programs.

And stop running 80+ tabs in your browser.

1. Download WinPatrol and force kill the program.

2. Your posts are fun to read, but I have no reason to stalk you.

1 its not a standalone program, its one of my tabs that refuses to close

2 you didnt really answer the question, people often do things without reason, and you have posted in all of my threads

1. Kill Firefox and start a new session.

its google chrome, and i laready stated that i cannot do that, i have too many different reasearch windows open

i cant tell if you are kidding or not

Pess Shift + Esc and kill the tab using the Google Chrome Task manager.

I recommend AnVir Task Manager or its free version. It shows everything running on a computer. I've been using it for about 4 or 5 years on a couple of pc's, and never get any problems with viruses or slow PC
