Totally makes sense, since the Dragon does all the work for skills and you just point a stick. Having a small human on your back cripples the dragon.

I totally facepalmed at this. I don't believe it's a glitch, but it's just so stupid when you sit there and think about what the dragon could be doing >_>

Now why on earth didn't they create the Evan job for dragon riding... huge failure on the job design imo...

The current pokemon mage class as Evan is now is something really terrible... :/

If they made Evans sit on the dragon -all the time, also when performing skills- then the job would have been kick ass and -really- innovative (for maple)...

But now you can only ride on your dragon while moving (monster rider) and cast skills like any other Arch Mages does, just with a Cash Shop dragon effect moving around you...

Basically, you get a quest from Grendal, then you talk to your dragon, then Grendal again. Then you talk to a level 200 in Dances With Balrog's house. Then you go to Nineheart in Ereb and she sends you to Kenta in Aquarium. He asks for 10m, 50 seal skins and 1 Serph's Pearl (a new drop from Serph). He gives you the saddle, then you go back to the level 200 and he gives you the skill.

Well we have the new hall of fame thing, so they left 1 NPC outside with Dances With Balrog. I think its the same for everyone.
