APQ for Arans

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: Using regular Attack with any weapon other than a Pole Arm causes the same delay as if using a Pole Arm.

So far I've tried using fast speed 1h swords, 2h swords and 1h maces, but all attack VERY slowly. This is a big pain in the ass since it takes about 9 seconds to open a single box.

EDIT: I also forgot to note the weapons work normally outside the Bonus room T_T

Get on an Aran, crouch and poke with a polearm. It's that slow.

OMG yes, i so regret wasting $20 on my Aran and it like can only break half the boxes my Hermit can. >_<

I've noticed my Aran hits boxes in APQ slower than my Bucc..

I simply use reg atk for apq boxes, I tend to get the same amount of boxes I would if I was crouching. You just need to learn to use the reg atk without activating the remaining combo.

I think the TS means that Arans hit the boxes slower (even if you don't use the swings afterwards) compared to the other classes, because there is a delay after you use reg attack (again, even if you don't activate swings)

It is when you're using a sword.

I noticed this too. At first, I thought it was just be lagging....In just the bonus part. If you try swinging your weapon before you get to the bonus, the speed is fine.
Weird.

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with reactors.
Hunting at sharks/squids pissed me off because of those chests you can hit to open.
