Issues with Malaysia and Singapore: Family Warp, Nearest Town scrolls, & Maker Skill

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
There is a skill called "maker" that allows users to 'forge' items from other items. One of the most common ingredients are "Monster Crystals", which are made through the Maker skill from normal, everyday monster ETC drops. Monsters that are under level 31 do not drop compatable ETC. drops. Most monsters above level 31 do. However, there are some bugged monsters whose ETC. drops are not compatable: mainly those from mSEA exclusive areas such as Malaysia and Signapore. Monsters called 'Oly oly', and 'Dark Fission' are two examples of the issue. Their ETC. drops, "Yellow Wig" and "Somebody's Tire" are not compatible with Maker's Monster Crystal creator. Oly oly and Dark Fission are level 56 and 52, respectively, both over level 31 and in the range for Maker compatibility.

Nearest Town Scrolls do not work in Malaysia. Using them returns errors similar to using them in PQ maps.
Family Warp does not work in Malaysia or Singapore.

These observations were made around a week ago. I assume Nexon has done nothing to resolve them.

I'm pretty sure the lowest lvl mob whose etc. items work for making Monster Crystals is lvl 31. Lvl 31-50 makes Basic Monster Crystal 1.

A lot of world tour etc doesn't work, like Hime drops for example. I thought town scrolls worked in Singapore, like MP3, but not in Malaysia.

Guess my brain farted there. Edited 50 to 31.

I'm pretty sure family warping works in the actual towns, at least in CBD and boat quay. Also, pretty much all monster etcs not in kMS are not eligible for monster crystal making.

I'm not sure if it's still the case, but I managed to turn 7k Toy Drums into Basic Crystal 1s when Maker first came out.

And Drum Bunnies are level 30.

World Tour ETC works in their respective versions.
I don't know if it works in GMS, but in JMS, i farmed most of my advanced crystals from their ETC's.
Also, it's true that items that aren't on KMS usually don't work with Maker, unless the version allows it. JMS has all it's monsters etc drops allowed to be maker'd, only the level 100 ninja from Kaede and monsters from Neo Tokyo aren't allowed, Neo Tokyo case can be explained because those monsters are over level 130, which will cause them to not have a crystal.

There are 2 essentially identical Drumming Bunnies, except they're level 30 and 31. The level 30 one is in the minidungeon, they drop the same etc. and monster card though.
