unable to use search engine

recently iono what i downloaded (not porn) but whenever i use a search engine (google,yahoo,bing, etc.), when i click on the result, instead of getting to the link i get some weird websites, sometimes even site like yahoo hot job or cbs too o.O . i have norton antivirus and malwarebyte and i ran a full scan on both but it's still happening so im looking for help :-<
