Yeah, apparently it's like some pseudo American Idol for video games. What's funny is how dumb the judges sound, and how they're so intrigued by a "unique" idea, when the dude pretty much just took whatever features he liked best from his favorite SHMUPS and piled them together. Then, he presented the concept poorly, and was pretty much afraid to correct them on their misconceptions.

Edit: Actually, reading in on it, not even sure if it's a fake contest. Doritos seeks like they'd actually let the winner's game idea get a chance to shine.

Oh god, no. I think we're all satisfied with Touhou. Also, American Idol for games? Why not just send the ideas to a company and see if they accept it?
