They probably will be and no one knows when they will be. I have a Royal Hair Coupon in my inventory from Cash Shop Surprise but I'm scared to use it... haha

Why in the world would you want those Royal Hairs back????? They are God awful! I tried 4 times with the coupons I got from the CSS boxes and got the worst hairstyles! The last one gave me the one that looked like a peacock with beehive feathers! Tongue

Lol I think that the only one worth getting is the twin pigtails for girls. There's nothing for guys worth getting.
