Weird "server" lag

Well my problem started happening on Wednesday. I don't know what's wrong with my comp since I scanned my comp and no viruses. When I'm on maple, I get weird server lags such as monsters freezing, late pickup lag, potting lag, etc. I live in Cali so this shouldn't be an issue because this has never happened to me before unless there's an event lag and everyone feels it. But in this case, only I feel it so I don't know what's wrong with my computer. I don't dc or anything so it's more like a delay. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, it'd be appreciated. n_n.

I also updated my network drivers if that helps.

You checked that you can load websites normally while running MS, right? Because if not, blame your ISP or something.
