Question about Cygnus Knight Storyline and Quests

So, thus far, my Night Walker has reached Level 27, and what I've learned thus far is that this "Puppeteer" is going around Victoria Island and controlling the monsters via some kind of weird voodoo.

I have two questions related to this: Am I going to fight the Puppeteer when I attempt to advance from a Knight-in-Training to an Official Knight, or does he come earlier than that?

Also, does the Cygnus Story Quests continue elsewhere, or am I literally finished with the Cygnus Storyline once I beat the Puppeteer?

Earlier, you're not supposed to kill him to Advance to 2nd job. However, as the Lvl requirement suggests, you can kill him before hitting 30.

As for the storyline, it continues all the way up until lvl 120.

The puppeteer may end at level 28 but when you reach level 70 theres more.

and just a tip, bring lots of holy water(15?).
