OH pineapple, I thought the quest meant I need to have a pet with over 1400 closeness, but it actually means I need to GAIN 1400 closeness... how can I gain 1400 closeness if my pet is level 30...

Wow, thanks for telling us about that. I was thinking of just reviving my pet because I am sure I have at least 1400 closeness, but now I guess I'm just gonna get the pet equips as well and raise some closeness...

I'm not wasting any more cash on this stupid patch. I already spent 15k on extending my inventory twice and reviving my husky.

Well, I DO have the medal, since I got a brown puppy from the boxes... and trasfered them from my dead yeti.

So yeah.

... butbut. I got the medal and all I needed to do was get 68 closeness to have 1400.

Whenever I try finishing the quest I get an error message along the lines of "Could not complete the quest with the current pet you have summoned. Please summon a pet that meets the quest requirements and try again."

Maybe its because I'm using a blue husky...?

Same for me and I have a White duck.. D: Not fair.

Can you move the closeness to snail pet? I still have 5 hours on that one, maybe I can use it to complete the quest and quickly return it to my husky?

I heard from someone that the Snail doesn't work either. Not too sure on that though.

I thought I have to regain 1400 closeness, but after I've gained like ~20 more closeness I ran into Dalair and found that the quest is completed. O___o

I'm starting to think that the quest only works with pet that existed in KMS when they made it...

No, the quest is just glitched and seems to only count if, since the patch, you've gotten your pet over 1400 closeness. That's why exchanging closeness between pets also works. If you have a pet with over 1400 closeness you're pretty much screwed until they fix it.

Nah, what I meant in my post is that, my pet already has over 2600 closeness before starting the quest. My pet turned back to a doll, so I revived him and I *believe* (not sure about that) I was unable to finish the quest.

I did some other quests in Haunted House last night, and gained around 20 closeness before I ran into Dalair in Kerning City this morning. I noticed that there's the quest completed quotation on top of his head (lol), and found out I finished the quest.

The picture proves that I revived my pet just yesterday, however I've already got the medal.
