Me and my girlfriend are having a helluva' time trying to find him in the mansion. I remember wayyyy back when it first opened he was in his toy factory, but from what I recall, the only way to him was by means of chimney (at least I think), but that isn't the case this year.

So can anyone shed some helpful light on this?
