When the patch hit, I was sorta expecting the new quests, which led up to the fight with the 5 class-specific demons and (ultimately) Astaroth. However, I did not see the quests for it in my quest log.
Do they have a level limit or something, or are they just not in this patch? Any clarification would be nice!

Isn't that for the Haunted House quest though? I'm referring to the 5 Demons (Andrus, Amdusias, Crocell, Valefor, and Marbas), as well as Astaroth. Unless they're a part of the PQ, I don't know why it would be off-limits to a guy who's level 18. Also, there was supposed to be a beginner area remodeling for both Cygnus and Explorers, but when I made a second character to test this out, it was still the same.
Is the Explorer beginner workaround not set to appear until next patch? Or are the 5 Demons + Astaroth a part of Masterian lore, and not Victoria?

When something is added to the data, it does not necessarily mean it'll be part of the patch. It just means it's very likely that we will be seeing it soon.

Well, that stinks. Can't be helped though, I guess.
I was so looking forward to an epic story boss fight with Astaroth, complete with cool boss music and everything. Oh well, can't win em all.
