About 10-15. I don't enjoy sit-ups, I prefer running to get my abs.

What is a sit up?

Zero. Sit ups suck. They barely work your abs in comparison to crunches, and instead put focus on your hip flexibility, something that can be exercised in workouts that don't give you annoying headaches.

greg is right. Sit ups also give you to much time to rest. In crunches you get no resting time.

You can "cheat" on pushups, crunches, or any exercise by not doing it properly.

just remember if you cheat, you're not cheating anyone but yourself

I don't do much sit-ups, but I can average 60~70 in a minute. 90 in 2 minutes is no problem.

Lets to hanging sit ups which work your full core.
First find something to hang your legs on.
Second arch your back back Glitter
Third touch your nose to your knees.
Repeat at Second. Glitter
Thems my ab works.
