Judging by the comments it looks like a hoax, the image comes from a test air tunnel supposedly and the names are fake.

This reminds me of that "artist" in New York that made a work of "art" consisting of an image of Madonna (the religious figure,) smeared with feces. It's not art, it's a cheap ploy for attention.
