"Error 1606. Could not access network location 0\."

I researched this a bit, but it requires me to go directly into Registry, which I never tinkered with even once. . . Does anybody know what this error is, exactly? As well as how to fix it?

Yes, but a certain friend keeps on nagging me about going back on. -____o;;;; So I'll go back on, transfer mesos to my Night Lord, make a new character, log off, etc. LOL!
