low to moderate funding NW

If I am planing to spend around 10-20m in funding for equips on my NW, would Dexless or regular/low-dex be better?

Dexless until level 80ish should be good, me thinks. The Maple Scanda should be able to cover your attack until you want to wear, say, a Craven.

Dexless. Normal builds only win later on because of the large amount of easy dex you can get from equips, and because of Reverse weapons. With extremely low funding like this you can't get all that free dex from ZHelm/MoN/shoes and you can't afford a Sleve or Lampion. So dexless wins.

The way I look at it is NW end at 120 who cares about the eq's your just gonna be sniping 1 newtie who cares if you can snipe that 1 newties faster then the other NW
