Computer Causing Maple to Freeze

Hi, I have read this thread to speed up my computer: http://www.southperry.net/forums/showthread.php?t=254, but it still doesn't help speed up my computer.

I took advice from this guy and MapleStory runs dramatically more smoothly for me:

Let me edit the solution in for you; I know the problem!

Klepto, you don't need to downgrade to XP or get more RAM.
This might sound weird, but don't upgrade your graphics card's driver.

Instead; check if you are able to rollback the driver.

If you cannot, go to:
http://www.omegadrivers.net/nvidia_vista32.php
And pick one of the mirrors to download then install it. This SHOULD fix everything.

I had the same graphics card [almost, mine is 6150LE] and Vista and 1GB of RAM.
Do you lag more in Orbis compared to Henesys?

HOWEVER... my computer freezes up a lot when I play Maple. First, it freezes in Maple. Then my computer shuts down. Lastly it restarts and I get a "crash dump" screen. I don't know what the actual term for this "crash dump" screen is but I hope someone understand me. Now how do I get rid of it?

*EDIT: I believe my problem is called the "Blue Screen of Death." Wikipedia ftw.

Windows Vista Home Edition Service Pack 1

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

Memory: 2 Gigs of RAM

Processor: AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+

If you want some decent help, it would be nice posting some specs as well as more information about the problem. Is this Maple lag recent? Have you upgraded your computer recently? Any changes in hardware? Etc, etc.

K I posted some specs if that helps. Maple doesn't lag much. I have not upgraded my computer recently. No changes to hardware either.

Next time you get a BSOD, be sure to write down the error code. That usually tells where the problem originates. Also, is this a recent problem?
