it was added in CPQ2 but KMS removed it within the week because it was too broken. Maybe JMS got the ring version?

You mean nothing drops Chaos scrolls in JMS. The chaos scroll drop from Raika was removed. The only way to get Chaos scrolls now is via Pachinko Gachapon.
