Piece of Time

So something unthinkable has happened.

I'm getting more Black Armor Pieces than Pieces of Time at Oblivion 4! It's like the drop rates for both items got switched around. This has been consistent for a good 4 days of grinding now.

Anyone else notice this?

That's always the case for me.

Working my way through TT I got 8 black armor pieces and 8 pieces of time, considering that only 4 of the maps (too lazy to finish oblivion) i've been to have the chance to drop black armor pieces and all maps have the chance to drop pieces of time, i'd always assumed they were a higher drop rate.

Armors always had higher drop rate than PoT for me o.O

Though I do notice lower PoT drop rate, 8hrs no PoT on memory chief, 2hrs no PoT on ob chief. It could just be my luck, who knows.

Someone should dig into the data and find out what's the drop rate if that's possible

Nah. Black Armor Pieces still accumulate faster than Time Pieces for me.

I've gotten 3 Frostprey 30 books in 4 hours of training at memory 5, but no time pieces.

Okay I have no idea what to believe in anymore o.O

Today I got 5 PoT and 3 armor frags. And I still intend to grind maor o.O

TS, are you refering to MapleSEA? If you are, i might have the same problem with you since the latest 0.80 patch. After the patch, the first 2 days, i did not get any POT, but i do get a unusual alot of amount of armor pieces. However 3rd day onwards, i manages to finally find a few POT, but the ratio to armor pieces will be about 1:1. Btw, this is at oblivion 4.

I dont know what happen, but strange things do happens... lets hope the drop rate of POT does not decrease...

I also thought PoT drop rate was decreased after last sc, because i didn't get any in like 2 hours, but then i got 9 in 30 mins, so meh...

Something different today, average 5 PoT in 30minz of 4x drop and averge 3 armor in the same time. o.O
