I owled for Helm DEX 60%s an hour before the server check. Only one I saw was for 87.5m in FM 7 (not counting towards the 7 I'm buying. I need 8 in total).

Time Temple BOSS? I heard the Memory Monks in Memory 1 were the ones who drop them. Although..... quanitity (Master Chronos) over quality (Memory 1 Monks/That one Time Temple Boss)?

*I'll probably buy like 3 more, and hunt for the other 4. Save money in a sense, but on the other hand the time spent hunting for the scrolls, that's time I could have spent training at Oblivion 4 for EXP as well as Time Pieces to sell. Eeeeee, halp.

Same problem I came accross with Overall 60% STR - easily affordable, but prohibitively rare. They drop from a low spawn monster and an area boss, and nothing else. Best to just keep farming Pieces of Time and selling, and hopefully afford the scrolls when they surface. That, or you may see a good item and will have the money to buy it regardless.

Yes, Dodo was the one. And for Master Chrono's, I probably spent maybe a combined 4 hours or so on 1x drop for the 1 scroll, and it was the only scroll i got in that time.
