The quest to requipping my low-dex hermit

Hello, I have a level 103 hermit with 47 base dex. Its almost completley stripped off.

Here's what I have.
9 att wg
10 dex 1 att pink adventurer cape
Deputy star.
1 steely and 14 icicles.

Now, I want to return to my hermit, and i also have a low-dex chief bandit i want to make a shadower so its a good chance. (Because hermit low-dex items apply to both cbs and hermits)

I have 300m in fundings to equip my hermit. what should I buy?
I will buy a zhelm ofcourse, thats 100m karma'd. but what else?
should i buy a top/bottom set or an overall with 20+ dex?

Do you not have any friends who could help organize a Zakum run to get your helm? The cost of apples would be much less than the hundred mill it'd cost to get a Karma'd one.

Nope. all i have is 300m, I just came back to maple and i don't have any high level friends.

get some 10 or 11 dex earrings ( 70-100 mil). agent earrings give more stats for your money but less dex overall.

get a bathrobe and scroll 10 100% overall dex onto it(cheap), until you find something better. nowadays with maker you can make a CLEAN top/bottom thats better then an expensive overall. look into that for longer term equippage.

maker yourself some shoes with dex as the highest stat, and put an intermediate dex and luk crystal on(25 mil total). It will be as good as expensive snowshoes, statwise. then scroll some spikes on it if you are into that sort of thing.

go to mu long dojo and play there until your patience wears thin. stay at least long enough to get a white belt(+1 all stats, free)

i'm in the same boat as you with reguards to equipping a low dex bandit that i have quit and stripped(pre-maker). i'm using the proceeds from her equip sales to create even better equips, post-maker. it's annoying not being able to hold your own weapon to train, definitely.

Buy a zhelm, or if you can, buy one off a zhelm selling group; cheaper.
Sell those icies and upgrade gradually, buy Tobi's and Steelies.
Get some Decent Dex equips, maybe a cheap Dex Sauna.

icicles are worthless, you can buy them from the npc for like 50k or something

he needs to focus on getting enough dex to equip his weapon. its going to be hard with such little money.

I'd say spend 2/3 of the money on a decent Skanda or Night Raven Claw, and level up until you can get free Zakum Helms. Wasting money on a clean helm isn't sensible.

What do you mean by "Free helm" o.o

Funny thing is, I actually used a scissors of karma on my hermits zhelm to pass it to my brawler. And now I like playing both so i want to reconstruct my hermit. guahhhhrahhuah

This. Once you hit 120 youll be wanted for Zruns as a NL anyway, and hunting TT10, once they see you dont have a helm you'll be right up there for any extras that drop, just join a Zakuming guild or group for that.

Or you could just give that Z Helm from brawler back to hermit. That works.

You could use that 400 mil to leech yuorself to 120 and than upgrade you equipment.
