Why hate on the GM Scrolls?

only pirates (and some TB's, in the case as myself) are pissed. no gun/knuck scrolls EXCEPT FOR mSEA!

Not pissed but the pattern so far is that a lot of end-game content is being pumped.... stuff that I consider "last resort" content. It will be an interesting January 2010.

Anything that gives an effect of something other than a 100% scroll that has a 100% rate of working is a GM Scroll.

Not necessarily. These 100% Success Scrolls that give stats similar to 60% Scrolls don't give identical stats of standard 60% Scrolls.

Currently, the only "GM Scrolls" that exist, are any of the 10% Scrolls with 100% Success Rate that can be obtained by GM Events or past quests that gave them as a reward.
