Do these work like CS items, or are they permanent mount/mount covers? And how rare are they from Pachinko?

This is definitely one of the best mounts in the game.

The hitbox bottoms out where the top of the user name is, so yea, that "float" space is hittable.

The second balrog mount is partially transparent.
And it isn't crimson balrog, that was just the jr. balrog mount jumping.

Those mounts are the most amazing things ever. Really wish we get those some time down the road.
