That item tag only appears on equips/stars/scrolls through a wedding gift.

They drop from himes, but they aren't buyable through NPCs. Only showa can recharge them though.

You should sell that, in case they ever become sellable in the Showa NPC. You can already get the look by paying NX for Paper Air Plane stars; it feels rather redundant to have the stars when they are so valuable. What happens if Nexon ever decides to ninja add Paper Air Planes? BOOM you'll regret not selling the stars.

First of all, they look like white darts being thrown, different from paper airplanes from CS. The CS ones have a wider and glowy-er effect. And it has this round thingy when it hits a mosnter while these don't.

Moral of this story: Paper cuts HURT!!! More so than crappy steel ninja stars.
