What drops Overall Stimulat(e/o/i)rs?

Tried to make a reverse Overall for my pirate but i for the life of me can't find an overall stimulat(e/o/i)r. So what drops it?

i don't know how to link to specific posts... but it's on the page i put in the link. all of the monsters that drop is suck though. what's worse is that i need to hunt one too!

Overall stim is also gained from some quest. All I know is that it ends with stuff like #12 and so forth.
