Need help finding Nix the Npc

I've been asking everywhere, hoping to find where exactly it takes you to the map where Nix the old-looking purple cornian npc is. Descriptions I've been given are portals left or right of Manon's Forest and Griffey's Forest. But there are none in neither of the maps. If anyone has screenshot or video as to where the two maps linked I'll deeply appreciated. Here's a page that depicts the quest procedure too. I need help translating the parts after Chief Tatemo and don't read if you don't want the quest(s) to be spoiled.

No changes to any of the leafre maps that I know of besides adding in the event NPCs to the leafre town and adding the portal to black witch's cave. So it could be that they just forgot or something, though I'm not sure how that happens when they copypaste.

He's supposed to be in a map that connects Manon's forest to Griffey's forest. If it's not there then... well, the quests are impossible.

I know that the map connect the two forests, now the question is, where exactly is the portal or whatever medium that takes you to it. I'm led to believe that GMS doesn't it there yet, either they forgot or it hasn't been updated in this patch. Since I think the last mount is missing in data too, no? Thank you for the prompt reply, I'll just wait since it's not just me that has the same problem now. Mod can close thread.
