Regarding: Maker Skill and Dark Crystals

So, can it now be confirmed what Dark Crystals do exactly when used in conjunction with Maker Skill?

The 2 theories I have heard:

1) +2 +3 or +5 (depending on grade) to any **RANDOM** stat of STR DEX LUK or INT

2) +2 +3 or +5 (depending on grade) to any stat in a **CHAOS SCROLL* type fashion.

Has anyone actually tried it yet?

Basic gives +2 or -2;
Intermediate gives +2 or +3 or -2 or -3;
Advanced gives +2 or +3 or +5 or -2 or -3 or -5.

All dark crystal increases stats, not decreases. The increment is 2, 3 and 5 respectively, depending on the level on the gem:

So you're saying with an advanced Black Crystal you always get +1-5att? I thought it could decrease stats as well. o_o

nope, in maplesea, adv dark and adv black CAN REDUCE STATS/wa/ma

I've made enough to prove it.

eg: adv wis+adv dark on a dark neli = suppose to be int9 + luk1 +ma1 at least + dark bonus.

I can end up with int 5 luk 0 ma 1

Has anyone used a Dark Crystal with a positve affect?

I used them when forging a Blue Neos Top and Bottom and did not come to a positive outcome in (4) tries.

1st Attept) -1 STr
2nd Attempt) -1 Str
3rd Attempt) No change
4th Attempt) -3 Str

Is it glitched?
