Glittering Altaire Earrings

I'm making a PQmule so I can get these. I know the 1st glittering pair is 30 altaire pieces after a 20 for the regular one. Do I have to get another regular pair after this for another glittering or can I just skip it and give 30 for another pair of glitterings? Say I'm at 50 and I have a regular Altaire Earring and Glittering Altaire Earring. Do I have to pay an additional 20 pieces in order to get another Glittering pair or can I skip it and pay only 30?

Okay, I think I get what you're saying.

First you need to get the Altair Earrings. That's 20 completes, and you need at least 30 tries to get you a B Rank. So you need 20 fragments and a B Rank for the first set.

For the Glittering Altaire Earrings, you need to get 30 fragments and you need to have an A Rank (50 PQs). In order to have an A Rank, you must have already purchased the Altair Earrings.

So by the time you have 50 Fragments, you should be able to have gotten Altair Earrings and Glittering Altaire Earrings.

You can also get more than one set of Glittering Altaire Earrings for each 30 Fragments that you get.
