Rush is Odd

After exploring the life of a 4th job warrior, I've noticed some things about Rush.

When I'm running around, and there is a gap in the platform, I will jump across and sometimes get knocked down by a monster hitting my PG. But if i press the key I have Rush on while I'm still in the air, it activates immeadiatly upon landing on the ground. It also works when there are no monsters present to Rush to.

If you walk near the edge of a platform with a small gap to the next platform, and get somewhere around halfway off of it, you can Rush yourself across the gap.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed this / used it effectively often.

Well, Rush is like CB's Assaulter skill, except for you can't use it in mid-air (you have to stand on the ground), and you push monsters along with your move. So yeah, you can use it to move yourself around with it at places where you normally couldn't get.

My main focus is how you need to be on the ground to use it, but yet if you use it in the air it auto activates when you land. O-o

Wow, now if only I could have read that earlier. Well, at least I know its because of the macro. Thanks for your awesome ability to find quirks with stuff Bread.
