Zakum and Hackshield

So, I paid 50 mill for KingdomHeros to get me a zhelm, I'm doing fine, but once zakums at 2nd body and at half HP I d/ced. I've been dced 2 times now at the same time.

Each time, it turns out same.

Hackshield Initilization Error -469696500

I've deleted the update folder and remade it by clicking update.
I've changed my graphics by 1 step each time a body changes a form

I have Windows Vista SP1 (Service Pack 1)

Can anyone help me? I am getting sick of D/cing
