MS Error code

Every time i try to log on MS on my desktop, it gives me "Error code: -2147467259 (Unspecified error)". I've searched google and tried most of what people suggested, but to no avail. I have directx up to date, and i checked the frequency on my monitor using the setup program in the maplestory folder. ive tried re-downloading and nothing changed. Can anyone who has had this problem tell me how they fixed it?

I got the same problem, and im on my older computer. And im without a proper vid card . and i cant remove it. unless i have to redo this computer

I fixed mine
I had to go and reinstall the original videocard driver. idk y, it must have ben corrupt or something
