Help With HP Wash

I just leveled my GunSlinger to level and I HP wash. According to what I learned, I'm suppose to take 1 AP out of the 5 AP, and put it into HP. Then I use AP Reset and take 1AP out of MP, and put it into whatever normal stat I want (in my case, that would be DEX). So I repeat 4 times, and nothing wrong. Then I put my last AP into HP. And when I used AP reset, I'm not allowed to take AP out of MP anymore. I have reached my minimum MP.

1. What do I do now? I added an extra AP into HP, which was suppose to be in DEX. Do I just wait until the next available wash, and put the point back into DEX? If so, there are no side effects to my character except that I won't have the normal DEX for the meanwhile right?
2. My friend told my the minimum MP formula for GunSlinger is: level x 18 + 111. I am level 64 so my minimum MP should be 1263. But I have 1248MP. So is the formula a little off or theres a whole different formula?
3. Why can't we just subtract one AP from MP and put into HP directly? Why go through the normal process?

You cant wash anymore because you went under your minimum MP requirement. (1263) It's not exact, so thats why your current MP slightly less. Don't worry, you didn't break your Slinger or anything, just wait until a couple level ups and you should be able to take that last point out.

1. Yup. Just let the extra MP accumulate and then you can use the AP reset.
2. I read somewhere recently that if you're over the minimum by just one MP, you'll be able to reset out of MP. So that could be the explanation. You can double check the formula in the HP & MP guide in the Training Center forum.
3. I'm not positive what you're asking, but I think I'm close. You can only reset as points you've put into HP or MP. The game doesn't distinguish between the two, but there must have been points added to one or the other somewhere along the line. Otherwise, you'd be pulling APs out of nowhere. The other possible answer to what I think you're asking is due to the range of HP/MP added/removed. This is in the HP&MP guide too if you wanna read up. When you reset a point from MP, it always takes the maximum of the possible range. When you reset a point into HP, it always adds the minimum. So to get the most HP possible, you add to HP to get a chance of something other than the minimum HP per level added, then remove from MP.

Training Center might be a slightly more appropriate forum, but this is probably close enough.
