Renew'd hp wash formula?

okay, after looking at the mad AP sale (which I hope that is permanent) I bought the bundle of 5.

The old formula was [level] x 14 + 148
My minimum mp was supposed to be 158 x 14 + 148 = 2360
I had 2396 MP before, so I knew I could wash only 3 points. But, I tried another reset out of curiosity, and it actually worked.

Nah, can be anywhere between ,136~125 unless you've got a proof. lol

why would it have been changed

You could always go below the min MP to wash. The limit is for taking points out of MP, not a baseline max MP. As in, you can wash as long as your base MP is over the number.

That formula (for thieves/archers) was always for minimum MP required to reset 1 AP out of MP. Logically, the minimum attainable MP (for thieves/archers) is 12 less than what that formula gives. Obviously, people get confused between those two.

Ok, im looking to reset some of my added hp out of mp. My lvl is 127, and with none of my equips on, my MP is 2174, the formula LVLx14+148 gives me 1926. My question is about how much does each reset take out of MP, as well as if I have to do the washing just after leveling. Thanks in advance

Resets take out 12 mp, and you can do them whenever you have points spent in hp/mp.

cool thanks I reset my LUK to 5 (-6) and my INT to 5 (-1) and took an additional 13 out of my MP and put them all into DEX. With that my damage broke 3k with a 2 att arrow, and my total HP is 4050, and my MP is now 2362.

If i somehow get another 20k NX, im definitely taking the rest out of my MP (added ~30 to HP) and possibly the last 2 from INT/LUK if i have extras. Thanks for the help!

Level * 14 + 148 = Min MP

Current MP w/no Gear - Min MP = MP Difference

MP Difference / 12 (since it takes 12 MP per reset) = How many resets you can do

Not quite.

The (LvL x 14 + 148) is the minimum MP where you can still wash 1 point, not the minimum you can possibly go.

It looks like the topic starter washed 3 points and ended up right at 2360, at which point they can still wash. If it had ended at 2359, then it's a no go.
