No offense, but "www.trashselector.com" is not as reliable as something like CNN or BBC. You can put ANYTHING on the internet, make it sound truthful, but in reality be lying your ass off, such as crediting words to people who said something else or completely falsifying existing evidence. Wikipedia, while often having a lot of truthful content, is not permitted as a source in any American college for that reason. The internet is good for porn and job searches, but not for finding facts. Printed material and news outlets are much better for that. The only internet sources I'd trust are those directly linked to something like ABC, NBC, BBC, CNN, New York Times, etc.

Michael Jackson was linked to pedophilia through known occurrences of him keeping otherwise unattended children at his home, having them sleep in his bed, etc. Reputable news outlets can be sued for libel for fabricating such stuff, so I think I'll listen to them and not Trashselector.

All I am saying is, when you get accused of the same thing several times and there is sketchy but legally inconclusive evidence, that says a lot about the person. "Guilty beyond shadow of doubt" is a courtroom standard, not a public standard. And if MJ was a regular person, he'd die of assrapings in prison and nobody would defend him like this. They're defending him because he made nifty music videos.

His fanboys can claim he's innocent all they want. He died being remembered as a homosexual pedophile because he WAS a homosexual pedophile. It tainted his image, (though regrettably not enough to jail the fucker,) and that's not going to change.

I might have my legal lingo wrong, a lawyer once told me that I was entitled to "pain and suffering" damages against a guy that got totalled by a car that rear ended him, resultantly causing him to tap my car, causing barely any damage and no damage to me.

Law has elevated bull$hit from an art to a science. The precise wording doesn't matter to non-lawyers, because the whole point of this science is to dispense justice for the right price.
