So I hear, but I'm desperate to hear that ____ drops them normally.

Maybe they will start dropping sometime in July. I know one thing for sure, either the drop rate is insanely low, or Aqua mobs aren't dropping them at the moment.

From what i remember of the last event, they dropped from Florina beach mobs, but they also dropped from ligitors.

I meant surfboards, as stated, from the last event, when we didnt have purple.
