Next upgrade point?

I'm pretty new to SP.net (to posting, at least), so I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section
I know his is a "training center" but there is no other Warrior forum, so I put it here .

Anyway, I'm going to run into 600 ~ 650m soon, and I would like to know which would be the upgrade with the lowest attack/ STR : meso ratio.
for example, FS would be ridiculous since it would be 1 : 100m.

Do not tell me to get better ACC RSS, better overall, dex earrings, or scroll zhelm. I am not concerned about ACC.

My current equips:
15/15/15/17/20/21 Zhelm.
Clean Earrings.
3 attack PAC (meh, got it for 15m o.O).
14 dex Dragon Robe (100%ed :f6.
2/1/1/1/90/90 Spiegleman Necklace.
102/10 RK (16m only *dances happily*).
12/6 Maple shield (140m only *dances happily*).
10/3/2 Dark Clench.
6 ACC lolfail RSS.

40 base dex *cries* if that helps.

Some notes:
A) I'm not getting a Dep star. Biggest waste of money IMO (after the narutard's FS, ofcourse ).
B) 600 ~ 650m is after selling my 12/6 shield, the H/O so far is 190m.
C) MoN is covered by my guild (well, I only pay for the apples used).

Some points I was looking at:
Upgrade to 16/8 shield (350 ~ 450m?).
20 str top (100m).

This would leave me with 50m ~ 150m for pot money & money making.
Or I could struggle to also upgrade my Dark Clench for a 12 attack WG? I see this as a useless upgrade since... Well, the 3 STR on my clench counts as 1 attack, which would only give me 1 attack for the cost of ~160m...

Upgrading the PAC to a 4/10 (str) is also another option... But I'd be getting ~13 STR boost for like 130m when I could just get the 20 STR top for 100m, which seems way better IMO.
What other options do you see, SP.net?

maker should be pretty close since were getting time temple, i dont think i would bother with the 20 str top if i were you... just maker a new set when it comes. shield is a better option imo.

your shoe looks like the easiest thing to upgrade even though you reject anything relating to me saying "replace your shoe". slap some shoe speeds on a 90-100 shoe. practically free for 3-5 str. but again, maker should come soon. keep it cheap and maker something new.

Sorry... I'm not excited at all about Time Temple, infact I think it's one of the pomegranatetiest places we could've ever gotten.

And yes, I was also thinking of some speed shoes, but didn't really post it since it takes close to no money to scroll some 14 speed RSS.

time temple does suck for a lvl 84. but for people in search of certain skillbooks and for 12x+ nonmages, it doesnt.

Infact it is best for F/P mages.

I just hate it, I'm probably not gonna step on it ever (on my Crusader at least), huge maps with low mob concentration = not for me.
