I cut my finger open somehow... O_O

Well, I was playing a game called GhostX Online with my friend and in the middle of our PVP match, I randomly look down at my keyboard and I see blood on the left side. I found out that my pinky finger was bleeding perfusely... It turns out, I have a half-inch slice on the top of my finger pad just before the finger nail. D: I'm unsure of what to do at this point. I cleaned the blood off my finger and keyboard, then I put a bandaid on it and wrapped it with tape so the bandaid wouldn't come off. The blood just keeps coming. >_< My dad is in bed and I don't have a car, so I can't go to a medical clinic or the hospital. lol Anyone have any advice on what to do? I think it's starting to bleed through the bandaid. D:

Is it a half-inch wide or half-inch deep? Put pressure on the cut with like a tissue or something and see if that does anything.

Find a clean washcloth, get it wet and put pressure on it for 10-15 minutes. And I mean PRESSURE. After 10-15 minutes, if its still bleeding you need stitches probably. If not, then find some antibiotic ointment like Neosporin or something like that and put it on with a q-tip or something trying not to contaminate the cut even further. Then bandage it up.
