Need movie help :(

Alright, so I use windows movie maker and my movie saves in .wmv 1280x720. I need to switch it to .mpeg4. I used a converter thing but that just made my movie look like pomegranate so I THINK I have to save the actual file to .mpeg4 on windows movie maker, except I dont have that option on WMM.. Help please T__T
edit: ok so I didnt know that youtube would take .wmv files so I uploaded my video, but it ended up looking really ugly. The video on my computer does not at all look like the video on youtube. I'm guessing youtube converted it into .mpeg because the video looks like the .mpeg one I made...

AFAIK youtube automatically crappifies videos you upload. People tried various ways to get around it, but it seems youtube's gotten most, if not all, the possible bypasses.

You don't have to do anything really, but when you save it as a video make sure you save it as "High quality (large)". That made mine much nicer when mine was uploaded.
