Go into parwen's lab and do his quests. Go into c-2, and on top of the tallest platform press up to get in there.

You'll have to unlock both sides of the passage to get into it, but yeah. The Zenumist side is the middle portal as soon as you go into the Zenumist lab.

Also do whatever stuff is a prereq for Parwen's quests... idk exactly what since I've been doing my Magatia quests off and on.

They pretty much summed up how to get in. But there is no actual quest chain for fighting Kimera, he's just there for fun.
