Family Reunion

So I had a lv. 10 mule fresh off the maple island boat, and familed with a lv. 20 character at leafre.

I used the family reunion to get the lv. 10 guy there, but it did not work. Anyone know why this is?

Characters under level 15 can't explore Leafre, other than the town itself.

I love pissing off my family members like that... They'll be grinding, and then WHAM, they appear somewhere in Ludi.
