im probably pessimistic, but i tell mysef its realistic. but then again, these terms are relative, so maybe i'm a pessimist.

Anyone who calls themself a realist when they're pessimistic is just being pretentious, misguidedly thinking they're being clever.
Anyone who calls themself a realist when they're optimistic is just plain stupid.

Pessimistic and realistic are virtually the same things. Pessimisticly, the world has gone to hell. Realisticly, the world has gone to hell.
