How many maps are there in Maple Story?
#1
I need to know the exact number of maps (Not including minidungeons/event maps/PQ maps) there are in Maple. Can one of you extractors be a brosef and help this little event planner with his event shenanigans?

Would appreciate it.

Roughly 1500+ maps. This is including the maps that you didn't want counted, because I have no idea what all of those maps may be called or labeled as.

^ Count the map names in String, instead of the maps themselves. Nameless maps mostly don't count anyway.

So you'll be able to instantly identify maps as PQ/Event/Mini-dungeon such as "Entrance to Dogon's HQ", "The Path of Glittering Crystal", "Cold Cradle" or "Defeat Monsters" without running into MapleStory to check? (I know what and where those maps are btw) I'm not about to just dive in and check each map individually.

I estimate the number of maps that the OP's looking for to be more around 300 xD

That works. I suppose I can just guess and deduct from there.

Ok! I'll just spend the next 15 years looking up every last map! Biggrin Seriously though, there are way too many to just randomly count.

What would be the best way to actually check this?
