What is this? I looked up the map on hidden-street and it doesn't even acknowledge the portal. I assume it's for a quest of some sort?

it's the entrance to the jump quest for a bishop's ressurection skill.

Oh well that's anti-climatic. I was hoping it was some ~!SuPeRsEcReT!~ or something special like that.

Yeah, the quest is kind of a pain-in-the-ass, too.
They even made YouTube videos for who could do it the fastest.

There's quite a few of these all over the place. Don't worry about it =P

Unless you can actually get in and get stuck, don't worry.
