More then likely a Welcome Back gift from Nexon to the old players that log on after a very long time. I have gotten presents for logging on very old accounts from Nexon 2-3 times. Looks like MSEA is just adding their own spice to the idea.

The 3x exp coupon event was also held before in thailandms juz for info, so maplesea is not the first version to get it.

It's just an added bonus for those who are returning to MSEA after the SEASON 2 promotion. I guess they are releasing it early so that they can test it?
