What happened?

Did Nexon reset all families? I log on to find that my family is gone, and all of my 16k rep is, too. I checked with a couple of my friends, and they said their families are gone, too.

What's going on here?

Maybe it affected families with over a certain number of people?

My family's got 54.

Mine had 14x.

There's a chance someone severed ties with your family as well, forgot to mention that.

My family is still intact.

But, that doesn't explain losing 16k rep. Unless severing ties meaning losing all rep? Because if someone did sever ties, than our family just lost about 9x people.

Lag, maybe? When you click your pedigree it doesn't show up right away.

Lag stopped my pedigree from showing data for up to a good 30 seconds after clicking it at one point, just wait and see.

My family tends to disband and reform itself when it feels like...

Same thing with me. My 5k rep is gone, along with my family.

It's not like both my juniors would sever ties, or my senior, since we're all good friends.

Well, everyone I asked from my server (Khaini) has said that their families were deleted. Maybe it's just Khaini?

My family was deleted, rep gone, and I cannot add anyone to a new family :f6:
On the same map, it says they were added, but nothing happens, still 0/2 juniors and its not just lag unless its lasts for a good couple hours
