Not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but I put up a 2 attack PAC and some DC ores, and they are nowhere to be seen now. Beware.

Also notice the site is half dead, there arent any messages and a error message where theys hould be. And it is impossible to charge NX now.

According to the symptoms described here (mostly no hdd space and horrible lag), i'd say its one of the servers malfunctioning (either power-down or it broke, hope for the first option).

Something is telling me their back-up data might be gone and it wont be just the mts thats gonna be hacked. If the site is crashing along with maple there could be a broad scale hacking of the data base going on. Either that or there has been a serious coffee accident.that

you agree in like 9999 places (installation EULA, registration EULA, first-time ms use ToS, nx charging ToS, paypal's ToS, etc.) that nexon can do anything they want with your character\nx cash and that once you bought it, the money is not yours anymore and you cant get any refunds.

The bolded isn't true, it's applied when you charge the NX. That's why you can still go to the store and ask for a refund, but if you already charged the money and you refund it at the store, then they'll bounce back and Nexon can ban your account. What if you try charging and the money that was supposed to be there got rolled back (then it's technically not NX)?
What if you spend it from PayPal (in which Nexon withdraws from the PayPal but your cash items get rolled back)?
